The City of Woodstock (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced and qualified commercial real estate brokers to serve as the exclusive listing agent for the Sheriff’s House Space at the Old Courthouse Center. This unique and historically significant property is located in Downtown Woodstock, IL, and offers multiple commercial leasing opportunities.
