Unified School District No. 497 (“the District”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural services in support of potential future construction projects designed to enhance instructional spaces, safety, and support services for students.

Timeline Schedule and Key Dates (all times are in Central Standard Time)

The District will use the following dates and times for the RFQ, which includes submitting specifications, responding to Proposers, evaluations, selection and Board of Education approval of proposals. The District may change these dates if necessary and will communicate any changes to Proposes via the district website.

Dec. 19, 2025 10:00 a..m. Deadline for submission of bids. A single hard copy and an electronic copy of the proposal (in PDF) must be submitted.

Jan. 20, 21, 22, 2026 Interviews and Presentations with Finalists

Feb. 9, 2026 6:00 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Education
