RFQ: Fire Station #4 Design-Build Project, CIP 16-10

The City of Woodland is initiating the process to construct a new Fire Station #4 Project in Woodland, located at Bourn Drive and E. Gibson Road (1585 E Gibson Rd), on a portion of the former Willow Spring School Site. The Project will include a new fire station along with essential support facilities.

With this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), the City of Woodland is requesting statement of qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified design-builders (“Proposer”) to provide progressive design-build services for the project. The purpose of the SOQ is to demonstrate the qualifications, experience, competence and capacity of the Proposer to design and construct the Project described in this RFQ. The successful Proposer will be expected to execute the progressive design-build contract included with the RFQ.
