Scope of Services
NEW SMYRNA BEACH UTILITIES is seeking bids from a licensed and insured contractor to renovate the breakroom at our Field Operations Facility located at 413 Smith Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, drawings and permits. The Contractor’s bid shall be based on actual field measurements. All work will follow applicable building codes and regulations.
Mandatory Site Visit - Wednesday June 3, 2026 at 9 A.M.
