Bid Description:
seeking proposals from qualified consultants for professional services related to data collection, grant compliance and submittal of reimbursements related to flood-damaged Town highways and bridges (Category Z). Services will initially include review of existing documentation, damage assessments and scopes of work in coordination with town highway staff, Selectboard, other town staff, engineering firms and state and federal officials. Additionally, the consultant would oversee the bidding processes for design engineering and construction, construction project management and assist with local, state and federal permitting as needed, and assist with any contractor procurement, and limited construction phase support. This is not specifically a request for professional engineering services, but engineering firms are not discouraged from submitting proposals. The desired consultant services are required from August 11, 2025 through approximately December 31, 2025.
