The purpose of this solicitation for Facilities General Painting Services (this "Solicitation") is to select a Company or Companies that can provide interior and exterior painting services for ad hoc projects at JEA owned facilities as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regard to pricing, quality, and workmanship.
