RFQ # 2308-02 Exterior Restoration - Pointing at Mary Ellen McCormack Development

The Boston Housing Authority is seeking the services and bids of qualified contractors for THE EXTERIOR RESTORATION - POINTING, at the Mary Ellen McCormack Development in South Boston.  The project estimate for the base bid work is under $50,000.  The term of the contract is 30 DAYS from Notice to Proceed.  Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 noon on October 23, 2024.  A Site Visit will be held on October 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM.  All interested parties should meet at 10 Kemp St. Boston, MA 02127.
