RFQ 1168 Event Services

Project Description: Milwaukee Public Schools ("MPS") is one of the largest school districts in Wisconsin and provides services and programming across numerous schools, departments, and district locations throughout the City of Milwaukee. MPS schools and departments host a wide range of events annually, including, but not limited to, proms, dances, graduations, family engagement events, assemblies, student celebrations, recognition ceremonies, and other school- and district-sponsored activities.
MPS is seeking qualified providers of Event Entertainment Services in the following categories:
DJ Services
Photo Booth Services
Decorating and Balloon Décor
Inflatable Attractions
These services support events of varying sizes, formats, and age groups. Food and catering services, event rentals, photography/videography, and all other event-related services are not included under this RFQ.
MPS anticipates that, upon implementation of this solicitation, services in the categories identified above will be obtained from vendors that submit responsive proposals and are determined to be qualified through this RFQ process. Therefore, former, current, and prospective vendors are strongly encouraged to participate. Vendors that do not respond to this RFQ may be deemed ineligible to provide these services to the District.
