RFQ 2026-002 Engineering Services for Water Reclamation Facility Improvements

Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Water, is seeking SOQs from qualified respondents for engineering services for water reclamation  facility (WRF) improvements on an ‘as needed’ basis as outlined in this solicitation. As a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), responding respondents are not  required to submit price information nor work product with submittal packages. Compliance with N.C.G.S. 143-64.31 is required.

A Non-Mandatory, Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on September 18, 2025, at 1:30 PM, Local Time at the Twelve Mile Creek WRF Administration Building at 8299 Kensington Road, Waxhaw, NC 28173 with a site visit to the Crooked Creek WRF at 4015 Sardis Church Road, Monroe, NC 28110 to follow. Representatives from the Union County will be on hand to give a brief overview of the project and to answer questions. Although attendance at this meeting and following site visits are not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged. Individual requests for site visits will not be accommodated. Attendance is limited to two (2) representatives per company.
