RFQ ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Town of Randolph, Cattaraugus County, New York, will be accepting statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms for a proposed water study within the Town of Randolph.

The service provided by the selected engineers will be to evaluate and plan for the replacement of the Town’s water system within the former Villages of Randolph and East Randolph. The selected engineering firm will be responsible for preparing and providing the Town with an Engineering Report based on their evaluation.

The full Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the Town of Randolph Monday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am to 3:30pm or Wednesday and Friday 8:30am to 1:30om, or by contacting Town Clerk, Gretchen Hind at 716-358-9701 or ghind@randolphny.net .

All proposals should be marked with the following language: “REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING QUALIFICATIONS – TOWN OF RANDOLPH”

Proposals may be transmitted as two total files electronically in a PDF format consisting of a Statement of Qualifications per the requirements of the RFQ or one bound copy of your qualifications statement via mail in a sealed envelope no later than 4:00 pm, January 31, 2025, the submittal deadline date. Proposals received after that time will not be considered.

To be evaluated properly, the following must be addressed in detail:

• Qualifications – Availability of qualified personnel and capacity of the firm to carry-out professional engineering services.
• Experience – Experience and technical expertise of the firm and its personnel as well as information regarding projects previously undertaken, including the types and cost of projects.
• Scope of Services – Summarize scope and type of services understanding of program and tasks.
