Respondents must be qualified Energy Service Companies eligible to provide Energy Management Services in Massachusetts in accordance with MGL c25A Sec 11I and 225 CMR 19.00.

Special Requirements:

This procurement is conducted using the Energy Management Services qualifications based selection process. The City intends to negotiate an Investment Grade Audit Agreement with the highest ranked respondent.
