Town of Canmore
Certain high-wear areas of the polished concrete floor at Elevation Place have been eroded by salt and water exposure. The Town requires a contractor to locally square off the affected areas, sawcut and chip the surface and apply a high strength cementitious grout to a depth of roughly ¼ to ½ inch. The floors have radiant in-floor heating, limiting the depth of the repairs. This work will be scheduled to be completed after normal operating hours. The full scope of work is detailed in Section 3.4 Scope of Work.
