The City of West Memphis Arkansas is accepting statements of qualifications for Design Build Construction Manager services for the design and construction of the new Aquatics Center in West Memphis.

To be considered, Statement of Qualifications must be received at the West Memphis City Hall located at 205 S Redding St., West Memphis AR 72301 on Thursday, May 15, 2025 by 2:00 PM.
