2025 RFQ | Design-Build Professional Search

The Village of Richton Park (the Village) is requesting qualifications for a consulting company/architect to help us with a Design/Build/Delivery concept in accordance with (Public Act 100-0736), for a new municipal building. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain competitive proposals from which the Village may choose a consultant that best meets its needs.

Internal staff cannot handle the workloads expected. Therefore, the Village seeks a consultant to provide services to facilitate the procurement of a design/build/ developer firm. There is no expressed or implied obligation for the Village to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing responses to this request. The consultant is prohibited from having affiliation with any design-build entity that may submit a proposal for this project.
