DESIGN BUILD CONTINUING SERVICES

Sealed Design/Build Qualifications packages will be received by the City of Margate Purchasing Division, Second Floor, Margate City Hall, 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063 until 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from qualified firms for a completed project for RFQ 2025-004 Design Build Continuing Services.

The successful design/build firm shall have demonstrated experience in comprehensive design and construction services, from project concept through closeout including utility infrastructure, water and wastewater facilities, stormwater management improvements, and other civil engineering and construction projects.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference held on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 10:00 am in the large conference room of the DEES administration building, located at 901 NW 66th Avenue, Margate, FL 33063.

RFQ packets may be obtained by visiting the Purchasing Division at the City Hall address above or by visiting the Purchasing section of our website www.margatefl.com and completing an online registration form.
