TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:

The following questions were submitted by potential vendor(s). Our answers are listed in

red below:

1. Please confirm the type of projects anticipated under this on-call contract. Please refer

to the Capital Improvement Plan portion of the published, current Shelby County

Adopted Budget.

2. Will this contract be used by Support Services only or will it be used for the Road and

Bridge Department also? If the contract will be used for the Road and Bridge

Department, should the scope of services outlined under Section IX (PURPOSE/SCOPE

OF WORK) cover services pertaining to linear infrastructure projects of the Road and

Bridge Department such as stormwater, traffic, bridge, roadway, wastewater? The

agreement is for Countywide use and available to Support Services, Roades and

Bridges, SCSO, Corrections and the Health Department.

3. What are the MBE, WBE, LOSB Goals for this RFQ? No. No goal will be in the

solicitation.
