TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:

The following questions were submitted by potential vendor(s). Our answers are listed in

red below:

1. On page 12, Item H. It states to “confirm firm’s capacity to deliver per

timeline/scope/requirements mentioned in this RFQ”. I do not see any specific project

timelines or scope provided as part of the RFQ other than the contractual times

mentioned on page 11, paragraph C. Will there be any project specific timelines or

scopes provided in a forthcoming addendum? No. The successful qualifier must

confirm the ability to provide the required services for a complex, multi-disciplne

project. The typical design will need to be completed in 6-12 months.

2. I do not see any specific MBE/WBE goals for this RFQ. Will any be provided in a

forthcoming addendum? No. No goal will be in the solicitation.

3. I do not see any specific LOSB goals for this RFQ. Will any be provided in a

forthcoming addendum? No. No goal will be in the solicitation.
