The selected consultant will assess how current policies, guidelines and regulations could benefit from coordination with the new plan. Items to be included in the assessment include but are not limited to:
•        Lima Comprehensive Plan (Vision 2040)
•        2045 Long Range Transportation Plan (LACRPC; July 2023)
•        Transportation Improvement Program SFY 2026-2029 (LACRPC; April 2025)
•        Allen County Active Transportation Plan (LACRPC; 2024)
•        Chapter 410 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lima; Traffic Commission
•        Lima Complete Streets Policy (Resolution 05-16; 2016)
•        Lima Support of ADA Accessible Transportation Alternatives (Resolution 17-22; 2022)
•        Lima Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan Study (TBD; December, 2025)
