Description
The original Hineshaw School building is a 5,895 SF wood-framed historic structure, which is currently in a dilapidated condition. The City of Hinesville is considering the services of a Construction Management Firm for stabilization of the Hineshaw school building. The project will require abatement (where required), selective demolition, shoring of exterior walls, removal of roof and interior framing, and reconstruction of the interior/roof framing. Project may also include alternate plans to re-roof and stabilize other buildings on the campus.
