RFQ Construction Engineering Services Glen Carbon Shared-Use Path Phase 1

Questions Received:

1. To understand the SOW precisely, can we get a copy for of the plans for review to verify the work?

2. When does the work start so we can verify that we can staff this?

3. How many working days is the contract and how does it correspond to the available fee?

4. Is construction engineering also Federally funded, so we know requirements and show experience?

5. I did not see testing in the RFQ, only RE.  Is the contractor doing testing or is that part of this work?

Responses:

1. Plans are available upon request.

2. The project is scheduled for a March letting with May as an estimated start date.

3. There are 50 working days in the contract.

4. The construction engineering is Federally funded.

5. The contractor is responsible for the quality testing.
