RFQ Comprehensive Grant Management and Energy Efficiency Services for SLPS Facilities

Project Description: St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS) is seeking a highly qualified Energy Saving Company (ESCO) to oversee both the administration of awarded funds from the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Renew America Grant and the implementation of targeted Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) across selected facilities. This RFQ outlines a dual responsibility for a single firm to manage all aspects of grant compliance, reporting, and financial oversight, as well as to design, implement, and verify ECMs. The selected ESCO must demonstrate robust expertise in grant management, regulatory compliance, and energy conservation within a public K-12 educational setting.
