26-0063 RFQ CMAR - Site 21: Ion Exchange Facilities Improvements (Project 60101)

Project Description: The City of Goodyear, (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-construction design phase services and complete construction for the Site 21: Ion Exchange (IX) Facility Design Project. The CMAR will be chosen through a qualifications-based selection process. Construction of the Project will be by the CMAR delivery method.
The Owner’s initial construction budget for this project is currently estimated at $6,500,000 (FY2026). This is an approximate estimate. Actual available construction funding will be determined during the design phase of this project. This project is anticipated to be funded primarily with FY 2026 Water Bond funding.
