Sealed proposals will be received at the Gadsden County Purchasing Office, 5B  East Jefferson Street,

Rm 204, Quincy, FL 32351 un l Tuesday, March 24, 2026 @ 3:00 PM EST.  All proposals will be opened and

read aloud on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 @ 3:15 PM EST.  Proposals received a er said me will be returned

unopened.

The principal features of this procurement by the County are known as: Professional Construction on

Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Public Safety Complex.  The specifica ons of the

procurement are stated in RFQ 26-07.

The RFQ 26-07 and any addendum issued will be posted on the County’s website at

www.gadsdencountyfl.gov or can be obtained by contac ng the County’s Procurement Office at

procurement@gadsdencountyfl.gov.

A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted Respondent list following a convic on for a

public en ty crime may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public en ty,

may not submit a bid on a contract with a public en ty for the construc on or repair of a public building

or public work, may not submit bids on leases of real property to a public en ty, may not be awarded or

perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public

en ty, and may not transact business with any public en ty in excess of the threshold amount provided in

Sec on 287.017, Florida Statutes for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted

Respondent list.

The Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informali es in any bid;

reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part; re-bid a project, in whole or in part; and to accept a proposal

that in its judgment is the lowest and best bid of a responsible bidder with all decisions being made based

upon what Gadsden County believes to be the best interests of its ratepayers, in the reasonable exercise

of its discre on. Gadsden County further reserves the right to increase or decrease quan es as may be

required to meet the needs of Gadsden County, at the unit price which was bid.
