26-0115 RFQ CMAR - Municipal Operations Complex (MOC) Phase 1 Facility and Infrastructure Improvements

Project Description: The City of Goodyear, (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-construction design phase services and complete construction for the Municipal Operations Complex (MOC) Phase 1 Project. The CMAR will be chosen through a qualifications-based selection process. Construction of the Project will be by the CMAR delivery method.
The Owner’s initial construction budget for this project is currently estimated at $95 million. The anticipated FY2027 funded budge estimate is approximately $40 million. This is an approximate estimate. Actual available construction funding will be determined during the design phase of this project.
