26-0034 RFQ CMAR - Fire Station 189 (Project #30017)

Project Description: The City of Goodyear, (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-construction design phase services and complete construction for the Fire Station 189 Project. The CMAR will be chosen through a qualifications-based selection process. Construction of the Project will be by the CMAR delivery method.
The initial budget for design of the project and all other related services is approximately $750,000 (FY2026). Approximately $14.5 Million is programmed for Construction in FY2027. Actual available construction funding will be determined during the design phase of this project.
