The City of Fort Wayne is currently under a Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit (FESOP) for its Three Rivers Filtration Plant, a Minor Source Operating Permit (MSOP) for its wastewater treatment plant, and a Source Specific Operating Agreement (SSOA) for its Southwest Pump Station, all issued by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). |
