The City of North Richland Hills (the "City") is seeking qualified firms to conduct our 2025 Citizen Survey. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify and select a firm that can effectively prepare, administer, analyze, and deliver reports on the survey. The selected firm will work closely with City leadership to ensure the survey meets the unique needs of our organization and provides actionable insights.
