RFQ - CEC Government Fleet EVSE Projects
The County of Contra Costa (“County”), through its Capital Projects Management Division of the Public Works Department, hereby gives notice it is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to deliver design-build services for the County’s fleet Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) network projects and that the County has determined that all Design-Build Entities (“Design-Builder”) must be prequalified.

Questions regarding this RFQ are to be in writing and directed to Mauricio Moreno, Projects Division Manager, at mauricio.moreno@pw.cccounty.us & Cesar Lopez, Epicus Project Manager, at clopez@epicusgroup.com no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 19, 2025. Should there be a need to issue clarifications to this RFQ, the County will issue an addendum on the Public Works Department website. The County reserves the right to reject any/all SOQs. The County looks forward to an enthusiastic response to this RFQ.
