The Project consists of planning and executing forest restoration treatments at Camp Rilea. The Scope of Work is structured in two phases. The first phase requires the Contractor to prepare an Implementation Plan that identifies the specific forest management prescriptions, methods, and schedule necessary to achieve the Project objectives. Upon acceptance of the Plan, the second phase requires the Contractor to perform field execution of the prescribed treatments.
