Summary

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) is an agency of the State of Ohio and is responsible for administering the Ohio workers’ compensation insurance program. BWC annually hosts the Ohio Safety Congress & Expo and is seeking photography services to capture event activities and highlights.

Process

Should an order be placed as a result of this process, selection will be based upon the lowest responsive and responsible quote submitted that meets the requirements.  A Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption is available upon request.
The 2026 Ohio Safety Congress & Expo is being held March 10-13, 2026, at the Columbus Convention Center.
Questions will be answered during the inquiry period only. Questions should be emailed to Linda.J.1@bwc.ohio. gov.
