2026 RFQ Beckett Park West Improvements CM at Risk NEW!

The West Chester Township Community Services Department is requesting qualifications from Construction Management firms for the Becket Park West Improvement Project.  Firms interested in being considered should reply with the firm’s updated qualifications no later than 10:00 amon February 12, 2026.

Qualifications are expected to address the scope of work outlined in the terms of reference and submissions should include Qualifications and Experience of Firm and proposed Team members, proposed approach and fee schedule.  Proposals will be sought from those candidates that the Township wishes to evaluate further at a later date.

Please submit 2 (two) hard copies and an electronic copy (on a flash drive) of the completed RFQ. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing (mail or e-mail) to Mike Huxsoll at the below address or to mhuxsoll (at) westchesteroh.org .

All updates and amendments to this RFQ as well as any changes to the proposed schedule will be posted on the Township’s website at www.westchesteroh.org. Notification of these postings will be e-mailed to prospective firms who request the RFQ package and provide an e-mail address to the Township.
