RFQ - Bands on the Bricks Beverage Concession Services

The City of Rochester is pleased to announce a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for event management and beverage concession services/Bands on the Bricks, 2023-2027.

We seek an organization or individual who can provide talent, production, sound, and beverage services for the Public Market’s very popular Bands on the Bricks Concert series during the summer of 2023. The selected contractor would receive a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension up to three additional years.

Proposals must be received for review and evaluation by the City of Rochester no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on January 13, 2023. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Proposals must be sealed and labeled on the outside of the package to clearly indicate they are in response to the City’s Event Management and Beverage Services/Bands on the Bricks RFQ. Three (3) printed copies of the proposal and any supporting documentation must be delivered to: Department of Recreation and Human Services, 57 St. Paul Street, Rochester, NY 14604. Proposals submitted by facsimile or other electronic means will not be accepted.
