Description

Through this RFQ process, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) intends to select a qualified Firm to provide program management support and advisory services (“Advisory Support Services” or “Services”) to assist CLT in the processes of planning, designing, executing, and monitoring its capital improvement projects to ensure the projects y are developed and delivered efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. The selected Firm will provide the Advisory Support Services to CLT on an as-needed basis through a Professional Services Agreement.
