Solicitation Description:

GENERAL INFORMATION: Stephen F. Austin StateUniversity (“Owner”), a member of the University of Texas System, is solicitingstatements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) from firms specializing in AthleticsFacilities to develop a comprehensive Athletics Feasibility Study that is intended to supportthe university’s strategic vision and future growth. The study should produce adetailed program, site analysis, conceptual options, renderings, costestimates, phasing, and narrative inaccordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in thisRequest for Qualifications.

The RFQ isthe first step in the process for selecting a planning firm. The RFQ provides the information necessary toprepare and submit Qualifications for consideration by the Owner. The Owner may selectthe top three (3) or more of the top ranked qualified respondents to presenttheir qualifications during an interview.
