The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) is soliciting proposals from interested offerors for the following:

ARRC intends to award one or more contract(s) for professional services to provide as-needed Marine Engineering as it relates to design and construction support services for projects throughout the Alaska Railbelt. Marine Engineering Services may include design and/or support of various marine facilities at ARRC’s waterfront terminal in Seward, Whittier, Seattle and Nenana.
