RFQ 25-31-212824 ARRC Engineering Geotechnical Material Testing Term Agreement

The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) is soliciting proposals from interested offerors for the following:

ARRC intends to award one or more contract(s) for professional services to provide as-needed Geotechnical Engineering and Material Testing as it relates to design and construction support services for projects throughout the Alaska Railbelt.  Geotechnical Engineering and Material Testing services may include Field Investigations, Geotechnical/ Material Testing, Planning, Design and Geotechnical Reports, and Construction Phase Services as it relates to Alaska Railroad (ARRC) and AREMA Standards.

Proposals will be received until 3:00 PM LOCAL TIME on June 20, 2025
