RFQ Architectural Services

It is the intention of the CCSD to enter into a contract with one or more qualified firms to provide architectural services for various capital improvement projects. These architectural services may be used for any capital projects associated with programs and/or plans to continue to enhance the overall physical condition of CCSD facilities. CCSD reserves the right to award by contractor/vendor groups. CCSD also reserves the right to award to one or more groups of firms or vendors.

The basic services to be performed by the architect consist of professional tasks, which have as their objective the design, production of technical documents and construction administration to provide the owner with a complete and properly functioning facility. Services to be performed in accordance with the standard of care set forth in this solicitation and the pending agreement. The
facility shall be suitable for the purposes for which it is intended, comply with all applicable codes and laws, and be completed on a timely basis within the approved construction budget.
