RFQ 2026-24: Architectural Services for 911

​NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking sealed RFQs clearly marked “RFQ 2026-24: ”Architectural Services for 911” until 10:00 am Thursday, September 24, 2026, at which The Commission will open and read the RFQs. Sealed RFQs must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any RFQ not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any postage due mailings or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to CDC Director Rick Geller, 417 451 8291. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of The Newton County Commission, 417-451-8223 located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
