RFQ - Architectural Professional Services for Comprehensive Planning of Downtown Vacant Block

The Holyoke Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking an architecture firm to undertake the comprehensive planning of a vacant downtown block. HHA owns a downtown vacant block that has been identified in the City’s Urban Renewal Plan for housing development.

It is anticipated that a base Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract will be executed. Under this contract, HHA anticipates negotiating and issuing a task order for comprehensive planning services. Anticipated work items under this task order include facilitating community design charrettes, performing site evaluations, and drafting preliminary designs.
