RFQ Architectural Pre-Design Services for the Vineyards at Marsh Creek Event Center/Amphitheater Project

The City of Brentwood requests a statement of qualifications from qualified individuals or firms for architectural pre-design services for its Vineyards at Marsh Creek Event Center/Amphitheater Project, CIP Project no. 337-37231.

Request for Qualifiations

Questions or objections relating to the Request for Qualifications, the RFQ attachments, the Project, the RFQ procedures, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to the Engineering Department, at engineering@brentwoodca.gov by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2026

SOQs must be received by the City by or before Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Respondent must submit one copy of the SOQ in electronic format (pdf or Word) via email to Anju Pillai, Engineering Manager at apillai@brentwoodca.gov with the subject line stating: “SOQ for Vineyards at Marsh Creek Event Center/ Amphitheater Project, CIP No. 337-37231” by the SOQ Deadline. Late submissions will be disregarded.
