Request for Statements of Qualification
RFQ 25-07, Aquatic Facility Design
The City of Fayetteville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional design services for a new Aquatic Facility.
To be considered, statements of qualification shall be received electronically through the City of Fayetteville, Purchasing Division’s online bidding platform by Thursday, May 22, 2025 before 2:00 PM, local time.
The solicitation RFQ & addendums can be downloaded from the City’s web site at http://fayetteville-ar.gov/bids . All questions regarding the RFQ process should be directed to Amanda Beilfuss at abeilfuss@fayetteville-ar.gov or (479) 575-8220.
Firms submitting a statement of qualification shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the project is located. Proposers shall have a current, valid registration with the Arkansas Secretary of State at time of RFQ deadline OR be able to provide proof of registration before recommendation of award to Fayetteville City Council.
The City of Fayetteville reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications and to waive irregularities therein, and all Proposers shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City of Fayetteville for any damage or claim brought by any Proposer because of such rejections, nor shall the Proposers seek any recourse of any kind against the City of Fayetteville because of such rejections. The filing of any Proposal in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Proposer to these conditions.
