RFQ: Animal Protective Services Design-Build Team

Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-128.1A, Brunswick County, North Carolina (County) is soliciting and accepting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified firms to provide project management and design-build construction services for the construction of a new Adoption Center Facility, as well as related surface parking lot and driveway improvements. The new facility will meet the growing demands of the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Animal Protective Services Division and facilitate a more modern, efficient, and effective service delivery for Brunswick County residents.

The new facility will be constructed in the area north of the existing Animal Protective Services building located at 429 Green Swamp Road, Supply, NC 28462. The project consists of a new facility (estimated at 10,000 square feet) to meet the needs of the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Animal Protective Services Division. The project will also include parking lot, pedestrian, driveway, and access improvements necessary to serve both new and existing facilities.
