Description View Changes

RFQ Amendment 0005. The purpose of this Amendment 0005 is to shorten the length of the proposed contract from 5-years to 3-years. The contract will now be a Base Year plus two Option Years. Also, this amendment answers a question from an interested party. There are no other changes at this time to the solicitation. Please see attached RFQ Amendment 0005. Thank you.
