RFQ - Albright Life -Exterior Renovations Project

The Asbury Foundation is requesting sealed bids for the Albright Life -Exterior Renovations Project. Bids
shall be submitted hard copy to Larson Design Group, 1000 Commerce Park Drive, Suite 201, Williamsport,
PA 17701 by Monday, May 5, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Bids will be read aloud at this time. Any bid received after
closing time will be returned unopened.
The project will consist of removing existing stucco finish from the exterior of the building and replacing it
with a metal panel system.
A cashier’s check or an acceptable bidder’s bond, payable to the Asbury Foundation, in an amount of not
less than ten (10%) percent of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. A
performance bond and a payment bond, each for one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price, will be
required. The successful bidder shall also furnish to Asbury Foundation a maintenance bond covering
defects of material and workmanship for the calendar year following the Asbury Foundation’s approval and
acceptance of the construction.
This project is a Prevailing Wage Project under Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and the Federal Labor
Standards Provisions applicable to contracts covering federally financed and assisted construction shall
apply.
A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Albright
LIFE located at 901 Memorial Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701.

ability to view and/or acquire the Bid Documents for this project. It is the responsibility of any person or
organization interested in a hard copy of the Bidding Documents to pay all costs associated with
