Qualifications:
|
|
Candidates for this position must meet the following minimum criteria: be a registered architect or professional engineer with at least five years of experience in the construction and supervision of building construction; or, if not registered, have at least seven years of experience in the construction and supervision of buildings of similar size and scope of complexity. Candidates must also possess extensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and practices applied in both design and construction, demonstrate broad trade skills and strong communication abilities, and have a thorough knowledge of state and local building codes.
