All questions regarding this bid must be submitted to Mrs. Georgia Henderson, Assistant City Manager, via email only at ghenderson@cityofdouglasga.gov no later than July 24, 2025, by 5:00 PM. No phone calls will be accepted.
Site visits to the Douglas Municipal Gene Chambers Airport must be scheduled by contacting Mr. Chris Davis, Airport Manager, via phone at 912-384-1409, or by email at cdavis2@cityofdouglasga.gov. All site visits must be scheduled and completed by July 24, 2025.

Qualifications:

This RFQ pertains specifically to Area Class 2.09b – Airport Design – Electrical/Lighting. Responding firms must be pre-qualified with GDOT in this Area Class or provide documentation demonstrating that an application for prequalification is in progress. Failure to meet this requirement will result in disqualification from consideration. All interested firms must submit the required materials by the deadline outlined in the RFQ, and in accordance with the submittal instructions.
