https://www.flybirmingham.com/public-records-request-form/
9. Question: Would the use of chemical solvent in combination with high pressure water be acceptable
for the rubber removal process?
Answer: No, just use high pressure water blasting.
10. Question: Will BHM accept additional supporting documents and Clarifications alongside the Bid
Form when evaluating the Bid? We believe that there is some quite Substantial Quantity Over-Runs
on the Bid form. This in some cases appears to allow for Black Paint underneath the whole marking,
and in other cases simply appears to be a data entry or Calculation Error.
Answer: The BAA is expecting you to bid with the numbers that were given.
