The hourly rates listed above are the established rates set by Henry County for lane usage under this contract. A
minimum occupancy of three (3) lanes is required for all scheduled usage periods under this contract. By
submitting a proposal, the Consultant acknowledges and agrees to accept these fixed hourly rates as full
compensation for services provided. These rates shall include all labor, supervision, overhead, profit,
reimbursable expenses, equipment, materials, and any sub-consultant charges, if applicable, necessary to
perform the requested services.

Billing for services shall be based on the anticipated lane usage and applicable hourly rates as outlined above.
The Consultant shall remit payment to Henry County monthly in advance of each billing period. Any
adjustments based on actual lane usage will be reconciled in the subsequent billing cycle.

Upon execution of the Contract Agreement, Henry County will not adjust hourly rates due to fluctuations in
labor, supply, equipment, or other operational costs. The Consultant shall submit pricing that accounts for
anticipated economic trends and potential cost variations. All rates submitted by the Consultant shall remain
firm and valid for the entire duration of the contract.
