RFQ # 2138-02 ACM Abatement on Existing Pipe Insulation at West Broadway Development

The Boston Housing Authority is seeking the services and quotes of qualified contractors for ACM Abatement on Existing Pipe Insulation at West Broadway Development.  The project estimate for the base quote work is $42,000.  All work must begin and to be completed no later than 14 days after receiving BHA’s purchase order.  Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 noon on September 3, 2025.

A Site Visit will be held on August 27, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Management Office of West Broadway Development, 81 Orton Marotta Way, South Boston, MA 02127.  All inquiries regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Purchasing Department via email to bids@bostonhousing.org .  The BHA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive any minor informality.
