Background Information

The City of Troy (City) has been awarded a $250,000 Ohio Department of Development Abandoned Gas Station Assessment/Corrective Action Grant. The City will be selecting a qualified environmental consulting firm to complete the required environmental assessments and remediation of a former gas station located at 100 W. Market Street, Troy Ohio 45373. The City is expected to submit and achieve a Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) No Further Action (NFA) at project completion.
